Where will you call home?
A quick guide to the city and towns we serve across Monroe County: the kinds of homes you'll find, local landmarks, and getting around.
City of Rochester
Rochester is the hub of the region, with homes ranging from historic two-story colonials and doubles to brick homes and city condos. Neighborhoods like the South Wedge, Park Avenue, Browncroft, the 19th Ward and Maplewood each have their own feel. The Genesee River, High Falls, the Rochester Public Market and a long list of parks, festivals and museums are close by, and many streets have older homes with character. As with any home, check the property tax figures on the listing.
