Cookie Notice

This Cookie Notice explains how Summerrain Realty Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on www.summerrainrealty.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work in much the same way. They help a site work, remember your choices, and understand how the site is used.

What we use and why

Strictly necessary

We store one small setting in your browser that remembers whether you chose "Allow analytics" or "Decline analytics," so we don't ask you on every page. It contains no personal information.

Analytics (only if you allow it)

If you choose "Allow analytics," we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count page visits and actions such as starting a consultation request or downloading a guide. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) to tell visits apart. We turn off Google Signals and ad personalization, and we do not send your form answers, name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics. If you choose "Decline analytics," Google Analytics is not loaded and we remove its cookies from our site.

Services embedded on our pages

• MLS home search. Our Search Homes page shows a search provided by the regional multiple listing service through Cotality's Matrix system. That service runs on its own website inside our page and may set its own cookies under its own policies.
• Web fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them; we do not set cookies for this.
• Website hosting. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, adds a performance-monitoring script to our pages to help keep the site running quickly. It is operated under GoDaddy's own privacy policy.

Advertising

We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

Forms

When you submit a form on our site, the information you enter is sent to us through our form service (Formspree) so we can respond to you. Submitting a form does not depend on analytics cookies.

Your choices

• Use the Analytics preferences link at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time.
• You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean we ask for your analytics choice again.
• Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites.
